Our bodies house a family of joints. The relationship between every joint defines how they can make a house a home. Targeting the source of all movement, the brain, conditioning for the body begins with educating the muscles. By learning each individual joint's healthiest movement pattern, and using pain as a guide (navigating the nervous system), joints can be fortified: this reduces pain, and paves the way for muscle growth. Skeletal harmony can be achieved with a mindful and empathetic approach, slowing down to learn how to trust and strengthen the bond between the joints.
